Exchange and Refund policy

We at Blocks &Threads believes in helping our clients in best possible  way that we can do.We are committed to providing our customers with  the highest quality products and exceptional services. we understand that sometimes,despite our best  efforts  you  may need to return or exchange an item.To ensure a Hassel free experience, we have estabished the following  return  and exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for exchange and return policy:

You may return or exchange  your purchase within 7days from the date of delivery. 

The item must be in it's original condition, unused,unwashed and with all the Tags and packaging intact.

 

Return and exchange Process:

For returns:

Contact Us at blocksandthreadscare@gmail.com  or call us on 7415259171 with in 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the  return process.

Provide your order no,reason of the return,or any relevant details. 

You will need to Ship the item(s) back to us using trackable shipping method.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them.We will process your refund within 

5-7 business  days,deducting a fee of Rs.200 for shipping charges.

 

For Exchanges:

Contact Us at blocksandthreadscare@gmail.com or call us on 7415259171 within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. 

Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new  item you would like to receive. 

You will  need to ship the item(s)you wish to exchange back to  us using  a trackable shipping method. 

Once we receive the item(s) for exchange and inspect them, we will ship out the new item(s) to you within 5-7business days.

 

3.Refund and Exchange details:

We will refund the purchase amount to  the original payment  method used for the  order,after deducting Rs.200/_ for shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item for exchange is not available, we will  offer  you are fund or an alternative item of your choice.
